Jaymi is a quiet, stubborn girl who will go to extreme lengths to protec those she cares most for.  Many mistake her as shy and recluse, when she really just takes work too seriously for her own good...

In her early days...

Jaymi's family used to live with the Hanazumi's due to their inability to support themselves on their own.  Considering the two families had children so close in age, Jaymi quickly got along with the two twin girls and their older brother.  The Hanazumi kids grew up so close with Jaymi that they even consider her family as well.

As any other girl in her ripe ages of childhood, Jaymi suffered from being bullied by local children at her school.  While the eldest Hanazumi son did his best to protect her and his sisters, he wasn't always there... Jaymi became fed up with this and stood up for herself and her friends.  Though her plans backfired when the bullies fought back... Luckily the adults stepped in, one specifically who took a liking towards her strong will.

With the consent of her mother, Jaymi was chosen amongst a few of the other children in her age range to learn swordsmanship.  Jaymi was exstatic, spending much of her time learning and training... thus her early stages of distancing herself.

Upon her training coming to an end, her town was overtaken by thieves who dealt much damage to her home... Luckily she and her peers managed to fend off the theives.  Though both people and goods were lost to the thieves, Jaymi and her peers were hired by the Chief, entrusting them to protect the town once more if others came to attack again.  Jaymi was 12 years old at the time.

Currently...

Jaymi lives alone on the outskirts of her town in a tower overlooking both the city and her objects .  She is frequently visited by Ayame's family, whom supply her with food and other essentials.  Though due to her strong will to protect, Jaymi became distant from the family and did her best to watch over them from afar.  Luckily the eldest brother and younger brother take turns looking after her...

While Jaymi has distanced herself from the Hanazumi's and even her own mother, the girl has done her best to keep tabs on them and doing her job at the same time.
